Wear DK AI Design Studio
Our website includes an AI-assisted design tool that allows customers to create visual concepts for uniforms, apparel, hats, batting gloves, and other custom products.
Information, instructions, colors, logos, mockups, and other materials submitted to the AI Design Studio may be processed using third-party artificial intelligence technology for the purpose of generating the design concepts you request.
AI-generated images are concept artwork and are not final production artwork. Wear DK may retain submitted and generated designs as necessary to review your project, communicate with you, prepare production artwork, fulfill an order, and maintain business records.
Uploaded Logos, Artwork & Mockups
By uploading a logo, image, mockup, artwork, or other material, you represent that you have the right or authorization to use and submit that material for your requested project.
Wear DK uses customer-uploaded materials to provide design, quoting, manufacturing, customer service, and related services. Submitting artwork to Wear DK does not transfer ownership of your original artwork to Wear DK.
How We Use Your Information
We may use information you provide to process design requests and orders, generate requested AI design concepts, communicate about your project, provide quotes, prepare production artwork, manufacture and deliver products, provide customer service, improve our website and services, prevent abuse or fraudulent activity, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
